News : Conduant Corporation Names Christopher Groff Vice President of North American Sales

LONGMONT, Colorado, Mar. 7, 2005 - Conduant Corporation (www.conduant.com), the leading developer of direct-to-disk, long duration recording and playback systems, announced today that Christopher Groff joins the company as Vice President of North American Sales. In this new position, Mr. Groff will have responsibility for business development in the Northeast region and management of several national account relationships.

Mr. Groff has over 20 years experience in technical sales and marketing. He will work with Rep-tron Inc. in Maryland and ESI Computing, Inc. of Carlisle, Massachusetts, two highly respected channel organizations in the Northeast, to market ConduantÍs StreamStor and Big River error-free recording and playback technology to key government and commercial operations. Mr. Groff reports to ConduantÍs Vice President of Business Development, Tom Skrobacz.

"We value Chris' experience marketing to federal agencies and government contractors," said Tom Skrobacz. "His efforts, coordinated with those of our channel partners, will expand StreamStor technology presence in government, military and scientific applications."

Prior to joining Conduant, Mr. Groff served in various executive positions at Telcordia Technologies. He was President and Founder of SOS Consultants, a sales and marketing company.
