The children of today are very smart and clever. The expectations from our side are also very high asking them to do well in studies and sports also. Mostly, as both the parents of a child are employed , the child gets very less time to spend with the Parents. When we see a counseling clinic you can see many children as young as 9. The child feels that the parents are not giving enough love and feel like running away.

Child feels that the father is always busy with his blackberry and laptop. The mother is busy with the mobile speaking about her work with her colleagues. The parents if employed must allow the children to be engaged with the grand parent’s at least. The parents are always proud of their children about their talent, studies. Similarly the child should be made proud of the parents.

This can be done by their parents by increasing the time they spend with their children, sharing some interesting knowledge, playing with them, never scolding them before someone, connect to them in some form. Feel the child connected to the parents, share the facts, so that they will gain everything. Be ready to share anything but see that it is according to their age if not see them grow then talk relevantly with them. After all, the real pleasure is in seeing your children growing healthily physically and also mentally. And you have a big contribution to make, as a Parent.

Expenses in automation

The computers and the necessary softwares may be a one time investment and may become assets for a company that owns it. But there are various recurring expenses as well when we think about automation. The maintenance cost of these hardwares and softwares are recurring expenses.

We tie up with a technical team of a software company who had done the automation for us for annual maintenance of softwares. Also, we might have to constantly update the software versions as released by the software companies. And , we might also go for customization at regular periods.

For hardwares such as desktops, servers, printers, and other physical component of automation, we have hardware service providers who take care of the maintenance of these items on a regular basis. The other expenses that is recurring when we think about automation is the printer ink. Different printers use different printing technologies. One might use a cartridge, then the other might use ribbon and so on. Selecting a printer would depend upon the volume of printing jobs.

But when we compare it to the benefit of replacing massive manual job that the whole automation has facilitated, then these expenses are only meager and quite reasonable too.

Oil prices rises

The oil prices have rose to $82 a barrel becoming the highest in the eight weeks, this Monday. US Crude were up by 59 cents and Brent crude were up by 65 cents a barrel. The New York crude rose more than 1 percent owing to the report that number of unemployed has decreased in February . The dollor value went down 0.2 percent facilitating other countries to get the oil cheaper. The Euro gained value. The gain in euro would help the Greece who is deep down in debt crisis.

Greece was promised help from France and other euro zone countries, confirmed by the President of France.

Metlife to buy Alico part of AIG

American International Group Inc. would sell its foreign life insurance business to one of the biggest players in Insurance in US, the Metlife. The deal was closed at a total of $15.5 million out of which $6.8 million would be given as cash to AIG by Metlife, the rest $8.7 million would be as common stock and convertible preferred securities, as per reliable sources.

The common stock owned by AIG would come to 18% in Metlife and AIG, which is an 80% US government owned company, would have shares with voting restrictions. They cannot influence the operational and business decision.

Euro gains momentum

The market saw the European stocks go high on Monday. This is inspite the impact of the financial crisis of Greece. The stock market going up is influenced by the US positive employment data.

Also, there are expectations that Greece would be supported by their European counterparts which has led to rise of value of euro.

Even the stock markets of the banks were high. The stock value of the Asian companies were also boosted on Monday.

The US companies which saw a surge in their share prices were Dow Jones Industrial that saw an increase of 1.2% and The Nasdaq Composite rose by 1.5%.
