God particle found, say scientists

All the particles around the universe and their mass is made from the god particle as physics says. Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory which is situated in Illinois in U.S. claims to have found the god particle. The actual name of god particle is Higgs boson and is nick name is as god particle.

A physicist from the University of Padua in Italy said that Higgs has been discovered. The god particle in physics if discovered can give new hopes of discovering the way the universe came into being. The details about the Higgs is reported in detail in a website named Science20.com.

The scientist says that he discovered when the god particle reached from two different positions. A experiment was being conducted at Tevatron and a unexpected result was got from the result. The search of the got particle appeared in headlines in 2008 in a CERN headlines. The discovery of the Higgs Boston was however not publicly accepted by the Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory. The Higgs Boson is just a rumor,without a basis said the a spokesman from the Fermi laboratory.

Further research in the issue could throw up lot of insights into the human evolution in the universe, but that may take many decades.

Airlines facing heavy loss due to volcanic ash

The crisis caused due to volcanic ash has caused heavy loss to the airlines. The total loss is estimated $1.7 billion as on Tuesday, confirmed by International Air Transport Association.

The airline industry has been going through a rough phase since last year. The high fuel charge and the recession have proved last year to be disastrous for the airline industry. The volcanic ash over Europe had again caused loss to the airlines close to $2 billion. Most of the air route over Europe had closed leaving the passengers worldwide stranded. The three days from April 17 to April 19, saw the biggest chaos when passenger had to wait indefinitely. Passengers including children had been stranded and many stayed in the airport. This disaster had affected the 29% of global aviation putting around 1.2 million passengers a day.

The world has been seeing rising number of earth quakes in the last two years. The Haiti earth Quake few months back has cost the nation over 20 billion dollars and is going to take over 10 years to get back to normalcy, say experts.
The earth quake continues to jolt Indonesia once every two months causing immense damage to human lives and properties. And Japan was jolted by a 5.5 magnitude earth quake only few weeks back.
Now Western China has reported a major earth quake that has pulled down many buildings and also cut off telephone and electrical lines.
There has been confirmed death of at least 100 people as per initial reports. The final death tally could be far higher and would be known only after rescue efforts are completed over the next few weeks.
