There has been a increase in the mental illness around the natives of Gulf of Mexico due to the oil spill. Many families residing near the Gulf have started vacating due to the fear of stress and mental health problems.</p>
<p>    The level of stress has increased and counseling teams are working with the fisherman group who have affected by the stress. The BP spill and the cleaning process may cause what kind of suffering and the scope of suffering is still unknown. The fishermen community is facing a lot of pressures and waiting to get hired with the BP&#8217;s clean up program. The authorities have stopped the swathes of the Gulf water for fishing,so many fishermen are unemployed.<br />
     Many people from children ,relatives and friends are fallen sick from the toxins from the oil leak. The uncertainty is making the people get worried and is a huge concern for the government. Many financial crisis is being faced by the fishermen and their families and the stress is  more than the Hurricane Katrina. At present the fishermen are waiting themselves to be rolled up for the clean up program for their financial lifeline. BP is asked to pay millions from the state health agencies for mental health monitoring.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>     When you see some cat what does she do after she gives birth to her kittens? The kittens are hid in a dark place without the sight of people and protecting them. After a long period of time the kittens start following their mother in the open. This is an animal instinct and is a nature’s lesson to us which should be learnt as we are also animals. The mother of many animal species keeps their young ones apart from her herd in an isolated place. Why does she do it? Even though some animals stand the mother is not ready to leave her child out.</p>
<p>     The mother helps the little one attain some mastery over some vital functions of its kind. The most furious animal is seen at a gentle behavior when it turns it to a mother for its young one. The nature instinct here is to understand there must be some time given to the young ones. That does not mean we have to hide the young ones, there needs to be period of time given to the young ones before the first encounter to the outer world.</p>
<p>     What do we do after a new child is born in the hospital? The child is given a glance by the doctor to see whether he is alive or dead. So many people waiting outside to have the contact of the child pounce on the child. The child body which is delicate is exposed to so many hard contacts from relations and friends. Wait for some days and then let the child be given to any one let the child get accustomed to the noises made by us.</p>

One has to figure out which is the program suited to him or her and then follow that program. </p>
<p>It is not easy to actually do this. </p>
<p>One has to know a few things to really find out which program is actually good for her. One, the person has to have some knowledge in food and ingredients and the science of calories. Only then can one even start appreciating when different food is graded into good vs not so good food for you. Then the person has to have some idea about the ingredients in the sense that she should be able to figure out if there are any allergy causing ingredients which can cause allergy specifically to her. There are many times a good diet which is simply not usable because of one or two ingredients which the person is not agreeable to. </p>
<p>After this, one can choose the diet program. But, having chosen the diet program is no guarantee for getting onto the diet or even the diet working out for her. Both these depend on how strict a discipline one has in following a diet plan. </p>

<p>As we grow older, our heart tends to get weaker. If we practice healthy habits from early, we need not worry about heart problems in our later times. As we grow older, we should restrict cholesterol and fat since these do not get digested and eliminated but gets accumulated and may block the arteries and cause heart attacks. We should not eat oily foods and rich foods. Eating fresh vegetables and fruits and light food would do good to our heart. Taking an hour walk everyday would make our heart brisk. Limit the consumption of alcohol and drink lot of water. Stay healthy life long</p>

The sedentary lifestyle of people and unhealthy eating habits have lead to people getting obese. They do not find enough time to take care of their personal health and hygiene. They get up when it is too late to go to work, jump out of bed, brush and leave hastily to office without having any breakfast. They then munch some junk food from office and sit all day long. </p>
<p>Their day should begin by getting up early at sunrise, relaxing for sometime, exercising, freshen up, have breakfast and then get ready and go to office. At office, one should take small breaks and go for small walks inside the office compound itself. Take lunch at the right time and take healthy evening snacks. Avoid junk foods. Consuming fresh fruit juices are good for health and purify the blood system.  Having a light dinner atleast two hours before bedtime would be good. Sleeping early and having a sound sleep is essential for a healthy life.</p>

The reason behind this is when you smile the creases near your eyes becomes deeper which will make you live longer. The researches were from the Wayne state university the lead was Ernest Abel. The study was done among 230 photos which were from US league baseball players.</p>
<p>     The players whose photos were taken were from the league baseball but before 1950.   The mouth of the players was just a grin or a partial smile among the photos. If the players had a full smile it involved the lift of cheeks, both mouth and eyes smiling. The photos of the league players were taken from the 1952 baseball register.<br />
    The person who had a no smile in the photo had a average life span of 72.3 years. The player persons who had a partial smile died at the age of 75.   The full smile players had lived a fruitful life of 79.9 on an average.</p>

To keep away from infections, you should boost your immunity.  There are various natural herbals that you can consume to increase your immunity.  Practice hygiene meticulously.  Mothers should exclusively breast feed their infants till first six months and continue breastfeeding till one year. Mother’s milk can build immunity in their children. </p>
<p>Wash your hands after using toilets and before cooking food and consuming food.  Sterilize infant’s utensils.  Use germ removing detergents to wash utensils.  Keep away from people who are affected with such epidemics.  </p>

Almost 60 percent of the accidents are road accident which could have been avoided if the driver or pedestrian was a little careful.
