Trouble mounts over Google in Italy

Google is facing trouble for the second time in Europe, this time in Italy. It has been charged of privacy invasion and three of its top officials have been convicted by an Italian court.

A video clip of a teenager who is suffering from Down’s syndrome was uploaded in google and the company has been on trial for the privacy invasion of the teenager.

The Google is taken by surprise on holding the company accountable for an upload done by its user. The company claims that google is only intermediate medium and should not be brought to trail for this case.
