Emerging markets sink
The Emerging markets have been into a tailspin in the last few days, thanks to the big breaks on further lending by the big Chinese banks. That only means a major cut down in demand for base material inside China, which in turn can cut down the export order for many other countries.
There are also indications of further tightening of liquidity by the US FED due to the loss of a key election by the ruling Democratic party last week. There are also indications of a European country collapse in the coming week, as per market rumors. So nothing seems to be going right for the emerging markets. They have lost anything between 8% to 15% in the last few trading sessions. China market is at a three month low this week.
