Recession in the world is due to the deep seated imbalances in the financial market. Recession has not even left yahoo to survive. The yahoo internet firm offices will remain closed from 25th December to January first. The yahoo media report says only necessary functions will happen for that week.
Yahoo Company is doing this closing for cost cutting. These are the new ways for cost cutting during recession. Some companies like adobe and apple are also into this idea of closing their offices for one week. Many companies are into cost cutting and trying to invest for their future.
