Mariner’s legal rights
To prevent the environmental damage the United Nations are planning to put rules on high sea trawling vessels. These regulations are for marine protected areas and for boundary of 200 nautical miles.
Automatic identification number will be given for merchant ships and fishing vessels.
Discussions on all the activities on high sea with conservationists is going on.
After 400 years high seas freedom will be lost.
