India to help US in weather forecast
The Indian scientific community has always been depending on US and many other European countries for developing their skill and knowledge over the last several decades. But the tide seems to be slowly turning around. The Indian Space Organization has now signed up with the US weather department to provide vital monsoon monitoring pictures taken from one of their satellites.
The Indian Space Research Organization , called ISRO, has been able to demonstrate their increasing space capabilities by sending multi satellite launchers into space in the last few years. Few months back, the company sent seven satellites in a single rocket , apart from sending a mission to moon. Now India is one of the five nations in the world to have moon reaching capabilities.
