Arcelor mittal to grow aggressively
Arcelor mittal is going to increase its supply of iron ore. Many Mines may be purchased by Arcelor Mittal in 2010.
The raw materials used to make iron and steel are expected to rebound in the coming years, hence Arcelator Mittal has planed to buy the mines.
Developing new projects and increasing the number of mines will be done to improve the firm. The purchasing of mines will also help the firm become self sufficient in the key raw material.
Around half of company’s iron ore is purchased from the open market.
Arcelator Mittal also plans to increase its internal supply to 85% by 2014.
